An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 6/4/2024 between the hours of 10:20am through 11:00am. No children were present at the time of inspection and the provider does not have any children enrolled in the program. The provider currently maintains outside employment and is not sure when she would begin providing care again. The provider's file, one adult household member, and 4 pet records were reviewed and found to be in compliance. A complete inspection of the programming space, staff and household member records, documentation, emergency supplies and procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. No violations were found during this inspection.
