Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 14 2024 between 10:20am and 11:20am. There were 68 children in the direct care of 10 staff. Children were observed playing outside, completing their individual work, and washing hands. Staff records, child records, the medication log, accident reports, food from home, and the physical plant was reviewed and inspected. A citation was issued and is listed on the violation notice. Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure that when food is brought from home it is properly dated.

Evidence: In the infant room, the bottles in the refrigerator have been labeled to identify the child, but were not dated to identify the date that it was brought in.
