Standard #: 22VAC40-111-170-A Description: Based on interview, the provider has not obtained a negative tuberculosis (TB) screening for each adult household member.
Evidence: Household member #2 turned 18 years old in March of 2020. The provider has confirmed that household member #2 has not received a TB screening.Plan of Correction: I have an appointment today.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on interview, the provider has not obtained a subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening every two years for each household member.
Evidence: The provider's most recent TB screening is dated 8/22/2018. The provider confirmed that they have not yet gone to get a repeat screening.Plan of Correction: I will find out if he can do it while at school, if not, they care coming home in November for the holidays and he will get it done then.
Standard #: 63.2-1721.1-B-2 Description: Based on interview, the provider has not obtained a fingerprint background check for each adult household member.
Evidence: Household member #2 turned 18 years old in March of 2020. The provider stated that adult household member #2 has not yet completed a fingerprint background check. This was previously cited at the last inspection on 6/4/2020. The provider stated that the household member could not complete the background check because the household member had lost their drivers license and the DMV was closed due to the pandemic.Plan of Correction: I will find out if he can do it while at school, if not, they care coming home in November for the holidays and he will get it done then.
