A complaint investigation was initiated on 5/9/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 4/8/2024 regarding supervision. Staff were interviewed, and documentation related to the complaint was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
