A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/15/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 69 children and 15 staff present during this inspection. Children were observed transitioning to chosen activities, making edible play-doh, collaborating for a play, and participating in gross motor activities in the gym. Reviewed 5 children's files, 5 staff files, medications and authorizations, attendance and physical plant. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
