An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/10/2024 and completed on 07/10/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 2 staff records, and 2 household member records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the home, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
