An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 05/09/2024 in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 05/08/2024 in the area of Supervision. Staff were interviewed and a total of 1 child?s record, and 3 staff records was reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 12:30 pm and departed at approximately 1:20 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
