An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 06/13/2024 following a request from the provider to increase capacity. Two room were measured to determine capacity. The capacity will be increased from 62 to 104. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 11:15 am and departed at approximately 12:00 pm.
