An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 11/17/2022 from 11:05am through 2:45pm. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 11/10/2022 regarding forbidden actions and behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made throughout the center. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
