The unannounced non-mandated inspection, conducted from 10:50 a.m. to 2:20 p.m., was for the purpose of investigating a self-reported incident that reportedly occurred at the center on 04/08/2022. Interviews with staff were conducted. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the allegation is determined to be "not valid". There were no violations resulting from this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation at this time.
