The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced inspection on 12/15/23 and concluded on 12/15/23 in response to a complaint received by the department on 10/12/23 for allegations regarding parent confidentiality, physical plant, and supervision. Interviews and observations were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation support the allegation in part, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
