Technical Assistance:
1. The Supplemental Information page of the inspection report is not to be posted as it contains confidential information.
2. All caregivers are to obtain 16 hours of annual training each year. The year begins with their date of hire.
3. First Aid/CPR training course must include an in-person skills assessment to be certified and in compliance with VA requirements.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 9:40am. Observed 5 children totaling 15 points with 2 caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed playing with toys, having outside active play, washing hands and reading books. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Description: Based on records reviewed, 1 of 5 children's records did not include documentation of a physical exam within the first 30-days of attendance. Evidence: To-date there is no documentation of immunizations for Child #2. The child began attending January 2024.

Description: Based on records reviewed, 1 of 5 children's records did not include required information. Evidence: The record for Child #2 did not include documentation of the emergency plan signed by parents.
