An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 12:20 p.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. with the provider and assistant. There were 12 children in care ages 3 through 5 years old for a total of 17 points. Children were observed during transition time, during lunch and outdoor play. Lunch is brought from home. Childcare areas both indoor and outdoor were observed including supplies and materials.
Four children's records, two caregiver and one household member records were reviewed. The snack menu and fire drills were current.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
