Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation, hazardous substances were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: There was a container of Lysol brand wipes and a Lysol brand spray cleaner in cabinets that were not locked and were accessible to children. Plan of Correction: We will move all of the hazardous substances to one cabinet and get a lock on it.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-D Description: Based on observation, cleaning and sanitizing materials were not stored physically separate from food. Evidence: There was a container of Lysol brand wipes stored in a cabinet next to crackers. Plan of Correction: We will move all of the hazardous substances to one cabinet and get a lock for it.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-K Description: Based on observation, tables were not sanitized after meals. Evidence: After snack was over the staff did not sanitize the tables. Plan of Correction: We will make sure to sanitize tables moving forward.
