A complaint inspection was conducted on 04/04/2024 to investigate a complaint received by the department involving the area of supervision on an incident occurred on 04/02/2024.
During the investigation, interviews were conducted with staff, documents, and staff/child records were reviewed.
Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the complaint was determined to be valid.

Based on interview, the Provider did not ensure that a caregiver does not exceed points maximus while supervising children.
Evidence:
1) Complainant observed when the Assistant went upstairs and left the Provider caring for 13 children totaling 26 points. 2) The Provider stated that the Assistant went upstairs to prepare lunch.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
