Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on June 25, 2024 to follow up on previous violations. The family day home was issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke License on January 25, 2024. There were 3 children (totaling 8 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff's record, and 1 child's record were inspected. Children were observed in outdoor play.
