Standard #: 63.2-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based on records reviewed, it was determined that 1 of 1 assistant caregiver records did not include a required background check. Evidence: Assistant #2 - First date of employment was 3/3/20, and to-date an out-of-state central registry check (CPS) has not been completed. Plan of Correction: The inspector will provide information about how to complete the check, and the provider will submit the check within 30-days from when Assistant #2 returns to work.
