An unannounced, focused, monitoring inspection, during the Provisional Licensure Period, was conducted on 7/8/2024 from 2:15pm- 4:20pm. At the time of entrance, 55 children, ages infant to 12 years old, were in care with 10 staff members and 2 "floating" staff present. The sample size consisted of 5 staff records - background checks. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and nutrition Children were observed during snack time having pretzels and apple slices, engaged in group circle time and during free play activities at tables and in centers. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
