Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A Description: Based on observation, not all areas and equipment of the center were maintained in a safe condition. Evidence: On the large playground for the children three years and older, the wooden climbing equipment has splintering, cracked, and deteriorating wood in multiple areas on each piece of equipment that pose a scratching hazard. Plan of Correction: Our maintenance tech was here on Friday (November 1st) and we got approval for repairing and replacing any of the wood that needs replacing.
