Technical assistance was provided in the following areas: updating evacuation and shelter in place maps to include added space.

An announced on-site inspection was initiated on July 12,2024 and completed on July 12, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:50am and ended at 11:15am. There were 12 children present and four staff. The inspection included measurements and inspection of an add-on area, per request of the center. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Description: Based on observation the center did not ensure that areas and equipment of the center are maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence:
1.There was a ceiling tile missing from the ceiling and on the floor of the fellowship hall.
2. A cinder block wall at the back of the fellowship hall had many areas of peeling paint.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
