Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:30 and departed at 11:30 AM to conduct a religiously exempt code compliance inspection in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection. At the time of the inspection there were 19 children (ages 2 1/2 through six) in care with three staff. An additional ten school age children were on a field trip to the park with two additional staff. Children at the facility were observed preparing for and eating lunch, coloring and singing songs.
