A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on12/13/2022 regarding a physical plant concern received by the department on 12/12/2022.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, special care and emergencies. The inspection started at 2:00 pm and concluded at 2:55 pm.
