Comments:

A monitoring inspection was January 18, 2024, from approximately 12:40 AM to 2:00 PM. There were four children present, ranging in age from toddler to school -age with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care, and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and one staff record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction and the date to be corrected for each violation listed on the violation notice and return it to the department within 5 business days from receipt. Description:	Based on observation, the provider did not ensure potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, deodorizers, plant care chemicals, pesticides, and petroleum distillates were stored away from food in areas inaccessible to children. Evidence: In the bathroom children use, there were cleaning chemicals such as Lysol, Ajax, and Alcohol wipes located in a bottom cabinet accessible to children.
