An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on April 14,2024. There were four children in care ranging in age from 3 months to 33 months totaling 10 points with the provider. Children and household records were reviewed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including table top and imaginary play and transition to outside play. During the inspection emergency equipment and evacuation drills were reviewed. Violations regarding physical environment and emergency equipment were observed, discussed with the provider and appear on the violation notice.
