Complaint was received and initiated on April 5, 2023 and initiated on the same day. and concluded on May 31, 2024. The complaint alleges that the provider left children in care unsupervised for 20 minutes. During the investigation telephone interviews were conducted with parents, the provider and other professionals working at the family day. The information gathered does not support the allegation and complaint is not valid.
