Standard #: 8VAC20-800-280 Description: Based on interview with the Provider, potentially poisonous substances were not stored away in an area inaccessible to children. Evidence: A small paint roller, with remnants of chalk paint, was left on a lower shelf, accessible to children. Plan of Correction: I will make sure to never leave any potentially dangerous materials in an area accessible to children.
