A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/01/2024 from 08:30 am - 9:15 am. There were 4 children in care with 1 staff supervising (12 points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing freely. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
