Standard #: 8VAC20-780-245-L Description: Based on interview and review of two staff records it was determined that there was not always at least one staff member on duty who has completed daily health observation training within the last three years. Evidence: Records reviewed for the two staff on site did not include documentation of daily health observation training. Upon interview with staff it was discovered that one staff is currently in the process of completing daily health observation training. Plan of Correction: There will always be at least one staff on site with daily health observation training.
