An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted with the provider from 11:20 a.m.-1:15 p.m. There is one room designated for child care and a separate room for rest time equipped with a crib. There are adequate toys and equipment for the requested age range. The provider is currently certified in first aid and CPR and Medication Administration Training (MAT). One medication and authorization were reviewed. One children's record was reviewed. One provider record and three household member records were reviewed. A complete first aid kit, battery operated radio and battery operated flashlight were present and accessible.
