An unannounced inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/26/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/13/2024 relating to allegations of staffing, supervision, and programs. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
