A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on July 1, 2024 from approximately 10:40 am to 12:00 pm. Vendor was present with five children, one being a household member. A voluntary registration compliance inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in compliance requirements were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violation found is noted on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-430-A-3 Description: Based on interview, vendor did not ensure lockdown procedures are practiced at least annually.
Evidence: There was not documentation of a lockdown drill completed and vendor confirmed one has not been done.Plan of Correction: A lockdown drill will be conducted tomorrow and documented.
