A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was initiated on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 and concluded on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. On April 4, the inspector was on site from 2:25pm to approximately 3:05pm. There were 15 children present with five staff members directly supervising. Medications are administered when needed and medications and authorizations were reviewed. A total of five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Additional documentation was submitted electronically on April 9, 2024 and on April 10, 2024.
A code compliance inspection was conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the code compliance inspection were reviewed during the supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
