A subsidy health and safety inspection were initiated on 05/20/2024 and concluded on 05/20/2024. There were 52 children present, ranging in ages from infant to five, with 15 staff. The Inspector reviewed/updated five child?s records and five staff?s records. The physical plant was observed, and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
