Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on June 17 2024 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. There were 7 children ( 22 points) in care. A review of staffing records, child records, the emergency preparedness plan, evacuation drills, and the home was reviewed and inspected. A citation is listed on the violation notice page. Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that each cot was at least 12 inches apart from each other.
Evidence : 3 children were lying on cots for nap time, and each cot was approximately 3 inches apart from each other.
