This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09-03-21 and concluded on 09-08-21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were six children present, ranging in ages from to 2 months to 6 years, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
