An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/17/2024 in response to a self-reported incident. The inspector interviewed three staff members. The inspector arrived at 12:00 pm and departed at 12:40 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
