An unannounced inspection was conducted on 05/10/2023 from approximately 1:25 p.m. ? 4:45 p.m. There were 12 children present ranging from five months old to 3-year-olds and 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed the areas of non-compliance that resulted in the issuance of the Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The information gathered during this inspection determined continued non-compliance in several areas of the applicable standards.
