Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 9 2024 between 11:45am and 12:30pm. There was 1 child in the direct care of the provider. Previous citations have been corrected. Child was observed eating lunch and watching a educational program. Child record, staff record, household record, and trainings were observed and inspected. Description: Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that emergency evacuations were practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care.

Evidence: The provider could not provide documentation that evacuations were being practiced in the home day care.
