Vendor was reminded to inform LI when children are enrolled.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on May 22, 2024 between the hours of approximately 2:30 p.m. and 2:50 p.m. There were 0 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. The provider stated that there are no children currently enrolled. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.
