An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 5/6/2024 from 10:45 am to 11:10 am. There were 4 children supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, physical plant, equipment, attendance, and supervision were inspected. Children were observed participating in tabletop activities. No violations were observed during this inspection.
