The trampoline located on premises may not be used when the VR home is operating / caring for children.
Swimming pools must have a 4 foot non-climbable barrier around it. The sides of an above ground pool may serve as the barrier if the ladder is removed so that it cannot be accessed and the sides of the pool are a minimum of 4 feet in height.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/22/2022. There were no children present and no children enrolled at this time. A Voluntary Registered monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
