Standard #: 8VAC20-780-80-A Description: Based on review of the attendance record, the facility failed to maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care. Evidence: on 11/29/2022, the attendance record had 12 children marked as present, however, there were 15 children in care. Plan of Correction: The attendance record was corrected. It will be checked for accuracy each afternoon.
