Licensing Inspector conducted an announced Initial Subsidy Inspection on November 30, 2022. There were no children enrolled nor present during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed staff and household records along with any requested program records submitted by the Provider to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-280-A Description: Based on inspection, the Vendor failed to ensure hot water temperature at sinks used by the children in care are maintained no more than 120 degrees F.
EVIDENCE:
Hot water temperature registered 121.5 degrees F.Plan of Correction: Provider will adjust the hot water temperature and maintain hot water below 120 degrees F.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-410-B Description: Based on inspection, the Vendor failed to have required non medical emergency supplies.

A battery operated radio was unavailable.Plan of Correction: Provider will purchase battery operated radio.
