An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on May 8, 2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on April 17, 2024. This onsite visit was from 10:50 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to subsidy standard 790- 600-C.
The information gathered during the investigation supports the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be valid.

Evidence:
1. Staff #1 did not have written documentation of receiving training on the facilities emergencies preparedness plan within seven days of employment.
