A complaint investigation was conducted on 11/21/2023. The inspector arrived at 11:20 AM and departed at 2:55 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, and supervision. The investigation included review of documentation, interviews, observation and review of video footage.
The complainant alleged inadequate and negligent supervision to protect the infants from harm. A preponderance of evidence did not determine injury to a child while in care at the facility.
The information gathered during the investigation did not determine violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
