An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 06/27/2024 from 1:40 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. in response to a self-report that was received on 06/24/2024 regarding special care provisions and emergencies. Three staff members were interviewed, and one child record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
