A monitoring inspection was completed at the program on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 10:23 am until 11:42 am. During the inspection, the children in care were not present for extended care as the current hours are from 7:00 am until 8:00 am. The inspector completed a review of attendance log for today's capacity and observations of the facility. The sample size was 3 staff records and 4 children's records were reviewed for verification of information obtained by the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-2 Description: Based on review of records and interview, in one of three records, the provider did not submit to fingerprinting and obtain the Office of Background investigations determination letter.
Evidence: In Staff#1's record (date of hire: 02/01/2023) there were no results of the OBI determination letter found. Interview with staff confirmed the documentation was not available for review during the inspection.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
