An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at the same time as the renewal inspection.
The vendor had 1 child in care totaling 2 points. The inspection was conducted on 4/15/24 from 3:15 to 4:00. The provider has lots of materials and space for the children. The other children attending after school was absent on the day of the inspection. Lots of interaction between the vendor and child. Reviewed household member records as well as three children's records. No violations cited during this subsidy inspection.
