A complaint inspection was initiated on 04/23/2024 and concluded on 04/23/2024. There were no children present with two staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration and staffing and supervision. A total of three child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 2:30 pm and concluded at 3:15 pm.
