A complaint inspection was initiated on 5/8/24 and concluded on 5/8/24. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing/supervision and nutrition. Staff were interviewed. One staff record was reviewed. The inspection started at 10:00 am and concluded at 11:45 am.
